Mateusz Chołodecki, Ph.D., attorney at law

Mateusz Cholodecki is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Poland). He holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the same University. While in law school, he got scholarships at the Masaryk University in Brno (the Czech Rep.) and Oslo University (Norway). He is a member of the Wrocław Bar Chamber (Poland), European Institute of Law in Vienna (Austria), and Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies University of Warsaw, Poland). Mateusz Cholodecki is an author of several articles, book chapters, professional articles, and other scholarly contributions. He is a regular speaker on scientific conferences on telecommunication law and regulatory issues. Additionally, he is invited to lecture on these topics and has been cited in newspapers and journals as the authority in the field.

She graduated from Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. Advocate’s trainee in the Wroclaw Bar Chamber. Ph.D. student in law at the University of Wroclaw. Her specializations are civil law and labor law.
